GFS will be organizing a Functional Safety awareness course in March, 2013.
The awareness course is targeted people in an organization who need a brief understanding of the requirements stated in IEC 61511 as well as an introduction to the life cycle concept presented in the standard.
In addition, the course will address the art of SIL classifying the final elements of a SIF loop. This special course item will be presented by a guest lecturer.
